The Ministry of Oil would like to thank all the companies who participated in Iraq’s Round 5(+) and Round 6 Licensing Rounds. The Licensing Rounds were a success with 13 blocks awarded. These awards will enable new developments for the growth of Iraq’s hydrocarbon sector and ensure Iraq’s position as an important contributor to the world’s energy demands for many years to come.
